very first track on the album begins the journey into the enigmatic
world of Stru Tural, a four member band of storytellers with an
undeniable penchant for impeccable songwriting and lyrical lucidity.
In addition to the stellar production of The Return of Amsted
Butterfly and the flawless musicianship of the band, the lyrics
on the jacket can simply be read as a book of poetry. The band
has incorporated world beat rhythms and some French lyrics to
add to the eccentricity of the album. Instrumentation varies from
track to track to include clean and distorted guitars, hand drums,
pianos and horns. Stru Tural has a lot to say and those who listen
will not be disappointed.
